- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon sweetened shredded coconut
- Mix everything together in a microwave safe bowl, except the shredded coconut.
- Place in microwave for 1.5 - 2 minutes
- Add shredded coconut to the top and enjoy.
