Chocolate Coconut Oatmeal


Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened shredded coconut

Directions
  • Mix everything together in a microwave safe bowl, except the shredded coconut.
  • Place in microwave for 1.5 - 2 minutes 
  • Add shredded coconut to the top and enjoy.

Recipe makes 1 serving at 6 SmartPoints.  If you use unsweetened shredded coconut your oatmeal will be 5 SmartPoints.
